RH Men (rhmen.org) provides a simple event-reminder service to members who sign up in person or via the sign-up form on this website.

What we collect

• Your name.
• Your mobile phone number (used to send SMS reminders and record your Yes/No RSVP replies).
• Your email address (optional; used to send email reminders and RSVP links).
• The date and time you signed up, and the IP address of the device you signed up from, for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.

How we use it

• To send you SMS and/or email reminders about upcoming RH Men events.
• To record your Yes/No RSVP replies so leaders know who is coming.
• To produce a consolidated attendance report for group leaders.

What we do NOT do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your information for advertising of any kind.

Opt out anytime

Reply STOP to any text message from us, or email admin@rhmen.org and ask to be removed. We will delete your record within 7 days of your request.

Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as you are on the reminder list. If you opt out, your name and contact info are removed from active reminders; a log entry may be retained for up to 12 months for compliance and abuse-prevention.
